I accept major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of your appointment for self-pay clients. I am in-network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and Sentara Health Plans. For other insurance, I can provide you with a superbill to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.

If you have one of these plans, I can bill your insurance directly. I recommend contacting your insurance company to verify your mental health benefits and confirm coverage for outpatient therapy with an LPC.

Initial Intake Session

Your first full session (50-60 minutes) where we get to know each other, discuss what's bringing you to therapy, and create a plan for our work together.

Individual Session

Standard 53-minute therapy sessions. This is where the ongoing work happens, processing, building skills, and moving toward your goals.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost.


Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You Have the Right

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services, including therapy sessions.

Get an Estimate

Request a written Good Faith Estimate from your health care provider at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask any provider for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling.

You Can Dispute

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Save a Copy

Save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
